How long can I wait after spreading do I have to water, hours or days? I was going to spread today but the rain looks like it’s done here and the next good chance isn’t till Wednesday. Can it sit in my yard that long without water?

I think a few days is fine but I’d wait for someone that’s more sure to answer.

Should be on the bottle’s label. If I recall correctly for Prodiamine 65G it says to water in within 14 days of application. Of course the sooner it’s watered in the better as it can start killing weed seed embryos as seeds germinate.

Within 14 days is correct for Prodiamine, I applied on 1 1/2 acres on this past Wednesday, sooner is probably better, instructions recommend multiple short waterings rather than one heavy soaker, I’m running my irrigation system 15 mins per zone every 3rd day for 3 times.
