It is probably a little late to do a heavy N fert. Not that centipede likes nutrients though. Maybe a miloganite right now.

Palisades zoysia. Sodded in October of last year. My plan this year has been pretty easy:

Spot sprayed Torque fungicide in the spring to fight zoysia patch
No pre-emergent in spring because new sod
End of April: application of 16-4-8
End of June: application of 16-4-8
Spot sprayed with Celsius throughout summer as needed
I plan to do a granular Prodiamine application in the fall when it cools off a bit.

Currently watching the torpedo grass take over my whole yard. Once it does I’ll have the hardiest lawn on the block

Even with soil temp of 85+ ??

I've happy to have some common bermuda taking over the backyard now that we have full sun. I was going to get some Milorganite on it before fall starts.
I've just started cutting it more frequently, lower, and watering on occasion. It's spreading pretty well!

Bought the LCN Guide last night for warm season.

Going to try to follow that for St. Aug and Bermuda.
