Just did my cartridge filter. Yellow green with pollen from oaks close by.
I do a good once over but I don’t try to get water coming off the filters clear.

Anyone buy one of those products that spins the cartridge? Worth it?
The cyclone is 100% worth the money. Saves your back, saves time, and the sprayer wand that comes with it is good for washing vehicles, boats, 4 wheelers, etc. I would swap to a sand filter with glass media, as previously mentioned. But if you’re gonna keep the cartridge filter, spend the money on the cyclone.

Sand filter will have you wondering why you didn't go to the sand filter well prior to this. You will take care of filter cleaning by turning a lever few times and takes less than 10 minutes. Money damn well spent.
