Picking a tomato from garden
I’ve read mixed reviews on people cutting them off versus twisting until it comes off.

Any recommendations?

TIA

Whatever option you choose, the other hand should be holding a salt shaker during this process.

I snip but more because I don’t want to pull and bother the others that maybe need another day of so

Snipping is correct way they say.

I just twist and pull. What's more important is to have plenty of bread and bacon for those bacon-mater sandwiches.
