Pear/Apple Tree Disease ID

Brought some diseased leaves to Cleggs last year and whoever I spoke to wasn’t sure what this was. Trying to identify what this exactly is so I can treat it ASAP, as the apple trees are still dormant and the pear trees are starting to bud.
Any thoughts?
Also have this mildew-ish coating on my apple trees.

Fireblight.
Common bacterial disease on pears, apples, loquat, crabapples, and number of other plants in the “rose” family. Cleggs and other retail nurseries sell varieties of fruit trees that have good to high resistance to fireblight but it can cause damage, and possibly death to young trees nonetheless.
There are copper sprays and a streptomycin powder, you mix with water, you can use to spray the plants, leaves, branches and trunks. Cleggs sell those products. Just follow directions.
Remember the 60/60 rule - temperatures of 60 F and humidity exceeding 60%, of course common early spring temps and humidity in LA, are ideal conditions for fireblight. Young, newly emerging growth is more susceptible to the disease. Be proactive and begin spraying early. Don’t over fertilize the fruit trees - this pushes growth excessively and as stated new growth is more susceptible.
Plenty info on the internet (articles/videos) on the disease and how to deal with it. Read up on it.
Thanks for the reminder - need to spray my young pear trees.
