Paver patio and pavilion, which comes first?

Is it better to put in paver patio first then build pavilion or vice versa?

Also, what are your thoughts on pavilion kits vs pine construction?

Any recommendations on paver installers and pavilion builders? Or contractor for both. BR/WBR area.
