I’m circling an outside renovation to be done in the next year (hopefully). Might need to phase it depending on cost but it will involve pouring a new patio, patio roof, and a carport. Does anyone have a recommendation on someone to help with plans? And approximate cost?

Indeed. Although we’re finishing up a major inside renovation now, so the numbers seem reasonable by comparison.

Go plans drawn up for the same type of project. Total was $2,000. Luckily I had a digital copy of my original house plans so that saved me about $1,500. We also used a draftsman instead of a certified architect to save some as well

We have been getting quotes on putting roof over our patio here in KC. It’s little different because it is an L shaped house around patio. Quotes have been around 54k for a 24x20

We’re close enough. Used Dwane Bergeron. Really nice guy and easy to work with. He has gotten a lot of work recently so lead times may be a bit extended.
