Partial Dead Circuit/Breaker

Shop vac in attic receptacle killed attic lights, attic outlet, doorbell power.
I assumed I either overloaded the circuit or grazed an uncapped low voltage wire left following some AC repairs. Ended up replacing outside AC and thermostat after what we think was a power surge fried those along with some low voltage components on the attic handler. Our washer crapped out a couple weeks later, maybe related, maybe not.
No breakers tripped and I don’t know what breaker the attic lights/outlets and doorbells are on, opened panel and everything seemed in order. Killed power to entire house and changed attic receptacles and light switch, still nothing.
Appears like these are at the end of the line, so I asssume bad junction somewhere or a faulty breaker. Maybe a grounding issue given the growing list? Any other ideas?

Breaker can be bad with without tripping. That should be 15 amp single pole breaker for your attic receptacle so start checking those. If you have multimeter, this video will show how to test for a bad breaker that is not tripping, you’ll just have to test each one - hopefully it’s just a bad 15 amp breaker . Thanks. I did test each breaker and all appeared good, but guess I’ll do it again in case I missed one. I didn’t do the double pole stuff.

I can back this up as well. After they age and go through enough heat cycles they can become very finicky. Breakers are very cheap so I’d just swap it out for a new one.
It’s likely a 15A breaker but I’d just match the new breaker with the old one. If you have 12 gauge wiring coming off it, it’ll be a 20A. If 14 gauge wires it’ll be a 15A.

Check gfci outlets. Sounds like that branch has got one.
