I just installed a minka air xtreme h20 after a Home Depot fan crapped out after 2.5 years.
I was impressed with the quality of the minka, but it was over $800 with the light kit. Hopefully a buy once, cry once item

I thought mine went out a couple of years ago. I called minka aire and the guy told me it was probably the remote receiver. I changed it out and that’s what it was. I believe it’s a $40 part if you want to give it a try. Fairly easy to change out but it does require taking it down and fully apart.
