Oil vanish. It works great.
I have an old Jeep and just like pretty much every old Jeep it leaks oil. So I spray this once a month lightly scrub it with a deck brush and rinse it off.

Speckhound has the answer. Only difference is I use varsol solvent and oil dry.

A stiff wire brush and some Dawn might work on a rough concrete surface, like a driveway. Would possibly just make things uglier on a smooth concrete floor, though.
