New roof particles

3 week old roof. Seeing lot's of shingle debris on the ground.

Shingle granular wash off is normal for shingle roofs

That’s very normal after a new roof goes up, especially after all the rainfall lately, assuming you’re in the BR area. It’ll stop soon.

If you replaced an existing roof, some of it will be the old roof that washed out of the gutters when the old roof was removed.

Ok. Thanks, all, I figured. But it never hurts to ask, just in case. What you don't know is always what gets you the most.
