There are many just sitting on the leaves of my grapefruit and orange tree. They dont seem to be causing any harm. i have looked at google and a few bug identifying sites but nothing seems to match. Has an orange head and body . The black is the wings when it jumps off the leaf. Just want to make sure they not leaving larvae. They are not eating the leaf. Seem harmless but their numbers are growing. Any help would be appreciated.

THis is what I use. Safe to eat and will kill the bugs, rust and blight. Spray it now and then again in 7 days
