I had mentioned in another thread about needing a transmission for this model. You were able to provide a good link for a decent priced one. I got that installed no problem.
The current issue is the washer is not going into spin cycle on heavier loads. I hear everything running but it is not spinning. I can manually spin it to get it going and after that it is fine.
Would this be the coupler? The new transmission came with a new one for it, but not for the drum. Thank you for any help.
ETA It also agitates just fine

I had a similar issue and it was the balancing rods (if I have the part name correct).
