i found an old bottle of this in my dads shop. never used it before, and the label is all but destroyed. Was going to spot spray nutgrass, but will it kill surrounding bermuda and st.augustine as well?
and is it a contact herbicide like glyphosate, or does it stay active in the soil for a while? id guess either way its not something id want to broadcast in a vegetable garden (to kill mostly nutgrass)?

It won't hurt the bermuda. That's what golf courses use. Read on it. The "A" in the label is for Arsonate. People will tell you it's outlawed for residential use and you're killing the environment etc etc. Use your best judgement and go read on it. I don' t know what it'll do to St Aug. Bermuda might brown but will bounce back fast.

It will definitely kill the St. Aug. The Bermuda will live but likely "shock".
Nut Grass is the worst, but msma is up to the challenge.
