Mosquito/gnat spray outside

Anybody have a formula or method use to spray every week or so to help with mosquitos and gnats?

pyrethrin insecticide mixed with some liquid Telstar and a little bit of IGR. Misting is better but I used to do it with a garden sprayer with some good results. This is the same formula that mosquito joe uses and they mist once every three weeks. I do it about once a month.

I use Bifethrin from Do My Own, using a 1 gal pump with a nozzle that creates a fogging effect. I have been pleased results.
