Mohen flex kitchen faucet

Was leaky I replaced it about 7 years ago with a similar mohen now this one is leaking again

My question should I go regular no flex? Is this my problem do they just wear out.

I have the touchless one and it's been fantastic. Can you just replace the hose? They might send it free.
