Just wanted to PSA, which many of you may/probably already know, Milorganite is the BOMB!

Three weeks ago I threw down some basic Scotts weed and feed followed by a bag of Milorganite. Man, that combo has done wonders for my St. Augustine. I would recommend that stuff to anyone.

Anyone have similar experiences?

Every Scott’s bag of weed and feed I ever read said do not use on St Augustine. Which bag do you get they may not carry it up here in my area.

Wish it was a bit cheaper for the coverage.

It says active ingredient is atrazine. I have a gallon at the house, guess I’ll just spray that and buy fertilizer.

Lots can go wrong with this plan.

Your grass may look good though.

I used it a few years ago and wasn't impressed, I have gone back to Scotts.

Milo was effective at greening my fescue (seemed to make it darker) as an add-on, but I didn’t find it worth the spend or the washout residue if you got a heavy rain shortly after an application.
