Is there anything someone could recommend I use to treat my trees with?

I have a Satsuma tree and a Meyer Lemon tree too. I know nothing about outdoor gardening. I went to a Home Depot in Baton Rouge and they had the fruit trees real cheap. The trees were real cheap and they were very small. I planted both of them in my back yard and I didn't expect them to live. Well, they didn't die and about five years ago I saw the white flowers and I knew that the flowers meant that I would get fruit. The fruit the trees bore were excellent. The lemons were huge and the satsumas were real sweet. The fruit during the last two years were awful. I never took into account that the two fruit trees could pollinate each other. Both trees bear the same kind of fruit and the fruit is awful. The fruit is real sour so I just leave that fruit on the tree because it will eventually fall off. The fruit looks nothing like a satsuma or lemon. I'll just leave the trees alone because they provide shade and birds love to nest in them. I know nothing about gardening outdoors and I'll just stick with my growing orchids. I have been growing orchids for over thirty years and even won a few ribbons. Contrary to public opinion, orchids are very easy to grow.

Do the leaves look different than before?? More thorns etc.?? Or did you get a big freeze in the last few years?? It really sounds like the rootstocks have taken over.

Fwiw I've been growing citrus since 2007, never had them cross pollinate & affect the fruit. But I did lose a lime tree & the trifoliate stock took over, it fruits but it's only good for cooking/special recipes

Depends on what you mean by fungus. If you truly have fungus, get yourself some of that copper spray and that will take care of it…gotta reapply every time it rains, though.

On the other hand, if you are talking about that dark, powdery stuff that gets on the leaves and fruit, that’s not fungus….its aphid piss. Kill the aphids and the piss will disappear

I just planted a Meyer Lemon tree in a big pot inside my Pool cage. You are not making me feel good about my decision.

I read that neem oil will keep the bugs off but not sure about fungus
