I think Essential does concrete, but not sure about dirt work. I had priced them out as well.
I went with All Trade Construction out of Walker. They will do the dirt work, concrete, and erection. I’ve been very happy with the building.

I’ve emailed them both. Essential does do dirt and concrete. Any particular reason you went with All Trade? Did they do plumbing/electrical also?

They were both very similar in pricing. I met with both guys and decided to go with All Trade primarily due to proximity and knowing other buildings he had built.
I’m not sure if either will do plumbing or electrical. It was not something we talked about since I was planning to do it all myself.
