I have this wall leading into our great room where I keep my bar. I would like to have a built in bar there with maybe two lower cabinets, a wine fridge, counter tops and two upper cabinets with some shelves in the middle of the upper cabinets.

I am fairly crafty and like taking on projects. Is this something that a normal guy could take on? I have hung garage cabinets and things like that with no issues before. Im not doing a sink, just a couple outlets which I have power there and have no issues with the electrical work

Also, if you were going to do something like this, what other features would you add? Im not trying to spend a billion on this but would like to make it function-able.

The wall is 8' long and can take a standard cabinet depth.

not great yet but it will be great with a bar. One of these days I’ll get around to posting pics of my very nice L shaped bar and bar counter with sink and cabinets, currently it is buried in kitchen utensils and cookware while I’m renovating the kitchen. It’s a work from behind the counter bar with a cypress slab top

if you can, a sink is very useful

Its a concrete block house on a slab so getting water there is a pain. Plus, I am standing beside my kitchen sink taking that pic. Its very close.
