What is a realistic price to have a liner pool put in these days?

A couple of my family members put in liner pools in 2009 for $38,000, They are pretty large with 8 foot deep end with diving board.

Basic 16x32 rectangle chlorine expect around 36k-40k with 4 ft concrete on long sides and 8 ft on short ends. Should include automatic pump timers and 1-2 led lights.
Add 2k for salt water generator
Add a few thousand if you want different shaped pools.
Add 1K if you want a robotic cleaner.
Add anywhere from 1k to several thousand if you want to add water features. (deck jets, waterfalls, etc)
Expect it to not be built this season. Be skeptical of a company who has openings in the next 6 mos.

For the prices everyone is saying I’d consider a non liner pool. 11-13,000 gallon with 3 feet of concrete skirting, waterfall, pump, nature 2 system is about $45k. I added more concrete which added to price. No liner to deal with every few years

Seems pretty small, no?
Is that about 12x24?

I used Wholesale Pools out of Central to put mine in about 6 or so years ago. Minus the electrical, they did all the work themselves. I highly recommend.
