I've got some cheap one from Lowe's. Metalba or something like that. It was their cheapest one. Had it for several years now fair amount of use.
Been fine for me.

Metabo is a solid brand. It is the old Hitachi line and many of the tools are made in Japan. Some of the newer offerings are made in China but their dual bevel miter saws are still made in Japan.

I have a Chicago Brand (also from Harbor Freight) that I've been trying to sell on FB and have had no luck. Only getting bots and flakes to respond to me.

It does all that you want, could probably use a new blade or a sharpening at least. It's 10" though.

I had it listed for $60, let me know if you want it. I'm assuming you're in BR...

I've got a Ridgid 12" hinged slider because my workbench is up against a wall. It's been a solid saw. It's made by Delta actually and available at Home Depot. Price wasn't $150 unfortunately but it is on sale for $379 at the moment.

I've been interested in reviews of that Rigid saw. When I do upgrade, it will be a saw that can go up against a wall to save space. It's been between Bosch, Makita, and Festool. Festool Kapex being the frontrunner, but by far most expensive. And as I mentioned before, it's really just a nice-to-have for me as I get by with the cheapest of the cheap right now. So if I do upgrade it'll be for the best I can afford.
