LED lighting help

LED lights installed in garage after Laura. Worked great for a couple years but now flicker when turned on or don’t light up at all. Last week they worked for two days but now just flicker.
Any ideas?

Change the bulbs

LED strips cannot be changed, will have to change the entire light.
