Drawing a blank on the guy's name....he's an extension service guy from Texas that has a website with all things about your lawn/turfgrass.
Did a few searches, but only coming up with folks to cut my grass. I figured someone here might remember his name. Very popular.

Damn, didn't know he passed away. Looks like he had a stroke and died last year.

Yeah Randy Lemmon knew his stuff when it came to all things plants and grass for yards here the gulf south. I use to enjoy listening to his call in show on Saturday mornings on one of the local AM stations. He was a wealth of knowledge.
