Land Survey

Had a property survey done. Sent company the Plat for land i needed, company quoted a price over the phone. Work was completed, now out the blue price has doubled from quote. company excuse was more work than originally planed. No heads up about price being way more expensive. What are my options here?

So they gave you a quote, didn’t mention scope of work was more than they thought, finished work, and charged you double? Pay them original quote price, thank them for the additional free work, and tell them to stay safe.

original quote was for around 2000. He invoiced me over 4000. 6 acres of land.
