Mostly centipede with a couple of large patches of zoysia.
Crabgrass is prevalent, kylinga and some sedge. Also patches of buttonweed.
Will Celsius handle most of this without hurting zoysia and centipede?

Yes, Celsius will work.
MSMA is not labeled for residential turf and will absolutely smoke centipede.
