Can't go wrong with either one. I have a commercial Toro and it is built very much like the Exmark. Very clean cut, no complaints.
The only thing I would stay away from is the shallow decks of the Hustler. Especially if you intend to mulch.

I’ve owned a grasshopper diesel since 2009. Great mower. I cut about 4 acres, The catcher is not all that, but the overall performance has been outstanding. I have mulcher and catcher attachments. With standard tools and a lift both are easy installations. Most of the high end commercial guys run grasshoppers in my area.
