Title says it. Unit is working ok now and will last until winter or maybe even next winter, but I’m gonna start my research on companies/techs now to get ahead of the game. Plan on waiting until either this winter or next since I’ve heard and assume you’ll get a little better deal during winter when these guys aren’t as busy.
So Houston area people, have any companies you’d recommend I look in to and add to my quote list when the time comes?

Below put in a new 4T unit at one of our rentals. He was way below everyone else and did it in a day including ductwork on the 2nd floor.

Bill Anderson Air or Polar Express, if you’re in Katy.

Thanks for the recs so far, I'm in Kingwood but I can't imagine a Katy company not driving 30 miles for a full blown AC replacement??
