Help identifying garden window brand or where i can get generic parts?

both side locks have a cheap plastic bracket that has broken off because the locks are heavy duty metal and over time these have gotten brittle and broken.

we have mostly pella windows but they can't identify this window so they won't look up parts for me. any ideas where i can find this? do i just need to suck it up and make something out of a piece of metal?






makes no sense to my why they put a thin plastic bracket on that heavy HEAVY locking mechanism that gets a workout whenever you open the casesments.
