Dad has a chest freezer, just one of those regular deep freezers from Lowe's. The gasket is rotted out. Are there any good websites to find a replacement one? I assume they are easy to replace. Thanks

Try repairclinic.com, if for no other reason than to get the gasket p/n.

Can't remember the name of the place I used but did order off the net several months ago. My upright large frost free freezer wouldn't seal properly after several years of use.
Got one sent and just checked my checkbook and saw it was $153. I tried to change it while the door was still on the freezer but that proved to be a total PITA since condensation allowed moisture between the inner door liner and the outside of the door to form large pieces of ice.
Took off the door, covered the opening with a big heavy tarp to help retain the cold air as much as possible and set the door up on sawhorses to remove the plastic inner door panel to make getting the gasket out and back on WAY easier.
I had about 30 lbs. of ice that had built up in the open cavities of the door shell that I removed prior to putting the door back together and hanging it back on the freezer.
That did the trick with the door forming a great vacuum and sealing it tightly.
