Anyone had it done recently? What’s a good price per linear or square foot? I’m in The dallas area if you happen to have a recommendation. TIA

Renting a pressure washer and cleaning it yourself is really not a very hard job. If the weather is cool/cold, just make sure you have a rainsuit on to help stay dry.
It's really a no-brainer type job. Just tedious for the most part, especially if there's a good bit of mold and mildew to deal with.
Then it's just a matter of letting it dry good before staining, and if using something like Thompson's Water Sealer, it is thin enough you can spray it on with a garden pump sprayer and get it tinted in the color you want.

Check out Stain and Seal Experts if you are wanting to do it DIY. They have products that will make it substantially easier.
