What are the most common reasons a Kitchenaid gas grill won't get hot?

Tried putting a new propane tank and cleaning as thoroughly as possible. Can't seem to get the heat over 300 with all 3 burners going.

Before I sink money into new burners or regulator, are there any more obvious common solutions to this?

Grill is about 6 years old, not sure how long it should last. It is overall in relatively good shape, not rust issues or anything.

Does it have a side pan burner that could possibly turned be ON prior to igniting?

I bought a used Weber Genesis S330 for cheap doing the same thing. Turns out the side burner was turned on. When turned to the OFF, the grill would get up to 700*.

Disconnect regulator from tank. Make sure all valves are turned off. Reattach regulator. Turn gas at tank on first then at grill.
