So just a spoonful of that Quickstrike bait mixed with a little beer in a plastic container and set it out somewhere safe and it'll fill up with dead flies?

I'm ordering off Amazon right the frick meow.

Exactly…about 1-2 tablespoons and a couple ounces of beer to make a little slurry. You may have to add more beer every couple days as it will evaporate over time.

Take a mason jar, cut small slits in the lid, big enough for a fly to go in, maybe 4 or 5. Fill the jar (well leave it about 3 inches or so from the lid) with honey or syrup and a Vienna sausage or two. I promise within 2 or 3 days it will be full to the top with flies.

I can attest that the Quikstrike does NOT smell like those green hanging traps. Just put two of them out in the backyard and they smelled terrible before any flies are even in them! Placed them well away from the back porch.

Fly Trap

This is the answer. We probably killed thousands of flies in our backyard with it. Absolutely disgusting though, especially the maggots. I used to not mind flies but now I can't stand them
