Unless I was asking the wrong question Google was no help.

I have 2 4x8 raised gardens that are full of weeds that I'm going to put plants in (corn, okra, peppers, etc). I know the correct way to do things is to hand pull the weeds and plant what I want. However, I'm looking for an easy/ flammabe way to get rid of everything that is currently growing in these beds.

Is there something I can spray/ pour on these beds that is flammable and also safe for future edible plant consumption?

Sounds drastic. What I am doing is weedeating them down pretty low, rake out the vegetation and spray with Round-up.Wait 7 days then plant.I’ve got the worst case of weeds this year I’ve ever seen.

Leaves and a match. Kills a bunch of the seeds and weed problem doesn't come back as bad as an added benefit.

You can spray roundup.

Other than that alcohol would work, but that sounds like a bad idea.

A propane torch is better than spraying a liquid and lighting on fire if you are dead set on a fire solution.

Propane Torch Weed Burner

Getting my Dad one of these for Father’s Day... if we’re all still alive by then. :)

you would be better off just using a hoe and chopping up the soil. its only two 4x8 beds

You can try pouring a crawfish pot of boiling water into them. Should kill off the weeds.
