Fish emulsion fertilizer vs other types

Have lots of hanging baskets and potted plants plus 22 Staghorns,,,,have used osmocote, miracle grow, super thrive, etc,,,,,,does anyone use fish emulsion or kelp based fertilizers? Any noticeable difference?

It’s a good way to add nitrogen, so if that’s the nutrient needed a good solution.

But, it does stink for a few days. And cats and dogs will ruin your garden (probably not an issue in hanging baskets).

It's a very good gentle organic fertilizer with all minor nutrients included. I give everything a dose of it every 2 weeks or so and also use it on repotted plants for watering in. Stuff is great but probably should not be the only thing you use. Osmocote plus fish will give you everything you need.
