Thinking of giving Propeat 10-0-10 or the Anderson’s PFG 16-0-8

Has anyone had any experience or feedback from these products

I used the StaGreen 16-0-10 all natural last year on my centipede lawn and it worked pretty good so definitely looking for something similar. Lowes made the bag size smaller and kept the same price.

16-0-8 is what I have used on centipede. With centipede not liking a lot of fert I'd do one round of that and then milorginite every 4-6 weeks.

Need to get my soil test back before I decide to use milorginite, don’t want to be putting phosphorus on my centipede if it doesn’t need it.

I also supplement more potassium with a liquid 0-0-25 or using N-EXT products

Got my test results back, shocked to see my nitrogen that low but I haven’t made a fertilizer application since august

The yard mastery app is basically telling me to make 8 fertilizer applications this summer which seems insane for centipede

This is also the first time I’ve laying soil amendments back in November

My soil is basically all clay and some sand

Looks like a good soil for growing centipede- relatively infertile, lower pH which centipede thrives on.

Don’t worry about the N - it’s a labile nutrient in soil and most land Grant universities soil testing labs don’t even measure/report it on soil testing reports for lawns b/c they can’t make meaningful fertilization recommendations based on the results, and it just confuses the homeowner.

Like ronk said 16-0-8 is good, 15-0-15, others you mentioned.

If you are in NC, I’d follow NC State’s centipede lawn calendar LINK

Yea I’ve used their site before

Only a few areas in the state actually have centipede even grow.
