Ripping out the sealant that was cracking and washing away with pressure washer. The caulk or silicone was done by previous homeowner so unsure what was used.

Any thoughts on what to use to reseal? Regular exterior caulk okay?

In reality, some rotting on the siding and trim boards that I need to replace but need to redo entire house in next couple years.

When I had my windows replaced by a local company, they used Quad.

Whelp, I got annoyed and ripped off the trim and found plenty of rot as I suspected.

Looks like I have a new weekend project replacing and painting this sheet of T1-11.

I sell BASF NP1, ChemLink, Soudal, Dow etc...

All but Dow is paintable.

I'd give you some good pricing if interested.
