Could someone help me find a cable to back feed house with generator?

Top left is the outlet on the generator
Top right is the outlet on my patio wall. This is an new construction from 5 years ago but I have never used the outlet that is supposed to be to back feed the house. So it is possible that something isn’t installed properly electrically.
I made a suicide chord with adapter purchased at hardware store. Won’t work though.
The chord in have only had a black a green and a white. Did not have a red to attach to the forth prong. Tried also doing it with the green hooked to the red.
Could someone post me a link to a chord I could purchase to accomplish using this generator to back feed the house?

Holy shite man. Pay an electrician to put in a transfer switch or lockout.
You should have 2 hots on the cord a neutral and a ground. You really don’t need the ground though since the house uses its own grounding system.

So you made the already dangerous cord but without the proper wires/terminations?
The wire should be rated for your breaker amperage (10/3 for 30A, 6/3 for 50A), and have 4 wires, red/black/white/(green or bare).
Do you have a lockout on the box? What assurances are in place that you cannot back feed the grid and put linemen around risk?

The left is my main breaker outside the house
I have to shut those 3 off, then lock that box with padlock
Then the right picture is the breaker inside my house. An electrician friend I text said the bottom right switch should be the back feed switch.

See the photo below.
Shouldn’t the back feed switch be on the outside breaker box with main switch?
I will be calling an electrician

I have to say that's the smartest thing in the entire post.

No check to make sure that is the breaker by turning it on when you have utility power and checking to see if you have voltage at the plug.
The cord and plugs you have will work if you hook the correct color wires up on both ends.

If you don’t know 100% what you’re doing here, don’t do any of it
You seriously might kill yourself

step 1--STOP!!
You need to have that receptacle verified (need to find out what/where its wired to) by someone who is electrically skilled before you do anything else!!
Dont make assumptions when dealing with electricity, it wont take long to get that circuit verified..
Once that is done, verify what you can and cant run on you're generator and Identify/mark the breakers have him make you a proper cord. Be careful, hire a pro

It’s a cord, not chord.

The outside breaker box to feed generator power to the house fuse box needs the 200 amp disconnect from the power company, and the breaker for the generator in the same outside breaker box. Your generator cable needs to feed into this outside breaker box. What you have shown is any bodies guess. I have no idea how your outside plug for the generator is wired up.
Spend the bucks and hire an electrician to figure out what you have, and what you need.
Understand the use of such a suicide cable, although convenient, can kill someone if not used with precautions.

Thanks everyone. Will get an electrician to come out.

I could help you, but based on that OP I will choose not too. If you want to do it right let me know

Based on the pictures, I would suggest the following:
Move down the breaker under the main to the space below. Get a new breaker to connect with an interlock device between your main and the new breaker. Get a 1430 flanged inlet to wire to the new breaker at the outdoor panel. Get a L1430C and how ever many feet of 10/4 SO cord you need to reach the generator, making up the other end with the L1430P pictured
ETA: if you are in the NOLA area, post your email and I will send you a quote for material

You are obviously not skilled in electrical work (that's not a jab at you - lord knows I'm an idiot when it comes to electricity). I just had an electrician install an interlock kit on my main feed panel outside the house so I can safely and LEGALLY back feed my home using a portable generator. The kit, plug, and 20' cord, with labor, cost me $700 and it's done the right way.
Looks like you are already one step ahead of where I was because you obviously already have the receptacle installed on your home. Have an electrician come out to ensure that it's installed to your main feed panel outside the correct way then have an interlock kit installed on your main panel outside. It's the safest way to back feed your home and plus, it's LEGAL. You don't have to worry about accidentally killing a line worker during/after an outage.
Do not do this yourself - transfer the risk involved to a licensed electrician and save that paperwork afterwards. If he does it incorrectly and results in you electrocuting a line worker then the liability from the inevitable lawsuit (and manslaughter charges) is off you and on the electrician who installed it. With an interlock kit you literally can not back feed your home unless the main feed is shut off from outside. That prevents back feeding to the power lines while your generator is on and connected.
As others have said, do not do this yourself if you are not 110% sure of what you are doing. I'm a huge fan of following and learning via youtube but electricity is not a subject you want to learn from youtube. Lives are literally on the line here.

Unless you want spam out the arse for your October 17th birthday, I'd suggest removing that email address and creating one like giraffeturtleneck@gmail.com or something similar.
