Cost of a detached shed/gym?

What do you think the approximate cost of a detached shed w/ a pitched roof would be? U shaped approx 40' long and 10' W in the middle and 20' W on the ends.
Currently have an L shaped shed w/ flat roof and want to mirror it. I assume it'll be cheaper to attach to existing instead of tearing down and starting from scratch, but how much cheaper?

More specific location matters; for example, if in Lakeview, likely will have to drive piles which significantly increases the price.
