Converting Mansfield toilet to standard flapper style

I've got a Mansfield toilet that I can't get to stop leaking into the bowl. I've replaced everything I can and still no luck.
Is there a way to covert a flapperless type system to a flapper type? Is it as easy as buying a universal kit?

check to see if plastic tube has a crack in it, you will need to pull tank off to change
