I use 30 Second Outdoor Cleaner. Available at HD or Lowe’s. Works great! Mold, mildew, stains. Siding, wood, brick, everything. Be careful around concrete. If it. Drips from your overhang, it’ll bleach wherever it contacts. So you’ll end up with a super clean line in your driveway. Then you need to treat the driveway. Way, way better than pressure washing. Spray it on, give it about 30 minutes, hose it off. Awesome stuff.

But why paint brick in the first place? You are only adding to the maintenance of the house
People paint their brick for the same reason they paint anything else... b/c they like the look. If people are only concenred about maintenance, they can just throw up vinyl siding and eaves and call it a day. Landscaping isn't necessary, but I like the look of it and don't mind the maintenance.

What’s wrong with white cabinets?

We are currently building. I specifically took a hard pass on painted bricks due to this.

30 second outdoor cleaner. Hands down best cleaner on the market. Pump sprayer and hose off or just leave on.
