Did you try emergency heat op? I don’t remember the difference maybe just a relay? But there’s obviously a reason for emergency snd regular heat modes.

It could be a bad battery or float switch too.

Remove your battery if it has one and try it, if the power is off without a battery you have supply problem. If the battery is bad it’s supposed to still work I believe? But maybe that’s all it is.

Check the filter? If it’s clogged it could limit airflow.

This is why you always want to remove the battery from the thermostats and see if it’s working without the battery. Batteries will hide power supply issues to the handler

When I service a unit if it has low voltage to power to the Tstat I just remove the batteries altogether

I understand what you’re saying now. I didn’t realize it was running on a battery backup.
