Anyone know of any good deals on carpet? I’ve seen advertisements for 3 rooms for $999 in the past. Looking to get 3 rooms in a rental property replaced.

Carpet recommendation---------DON'T especially in a rental property.

There's very little chance renters will care for the carpet like you would, and it will only be worse if little kids and/or pets are involved.

With carpet, look to spend on a better pad. 6lb high density pad.

You can replace the bad pieces when the tenants move out. Carpet will get annihilated.
