10 ft doors suck to back a boat in.. go 12 by 12.. my shop is a pole barn but its built out of metal.. I had post 6 inch pipe post put in and poured my slab around them. They came back cut the post to length and framed my shop. 4 I beam trusses and z perlin. Insulated also for 27k including the slab.. 30x40 shop 20 by 30 carport on the front . And a 12 by 40 lean too. It was a local guy not a big company..

Yea. They drove from marksville to Maurice, dont see why they wouldnt. My shop is 30x40x14 with (2) 12’ roll up doors and 1 standard walk thru. I have not ran electric yet. It was $25k for the concrete and building.

He's recommending Zac screws on the roof to the tune of $2800, post protectors to the tune of $1100 and Skirt board covers at $500.
I wouldnt buy any of this. I redid all the screws in my shop roof which is 48x44 for something like $120. As long as they are good screws with a metal hat over the rubber washer then theyll last 20 years or so.
Dont get post protectors. Total waste. Same for skirt board covers, whatever that is.
You can do your own dirt and concrete form. Neither of those is difficult to do and will save you a ton. Pouring and finishing is best left to someone.
Pay them for the building kit and assembly. Everything else is an adder that you'll get brought to the cleaners on. The price of the building kit and assembly is usually very fair, the other stuff is where the profit is

I would steer clear of Mallet buildings in general. They hire shady contractors to erect the buildings after your purchase. In my area alone one contractor stole a 4 wheeler from a neighboring home and was busted. One contractor crew was smoking weed and drinking during an install on my road. And 2 roads over the whole crew out of Mississippi that Mallet hired was busted for meth in an obvious sting 2 hours after they showed up to put building together.

Give B&J metal buildings a call. They are in central. You could also try Pipe and Steel in Denham. They both do turn key buildings.
I subbed out each trade when I built my building. I won't recommend my concrete guy, but Reed's Metal for the building was great, and Josh at B&J did great on the erection.

Funny you mention that. The gentleman Mallet had me talk to about his experience noted that the subs were shady!
