Link below, the Holly Brook model. Keep the roof flat, tin roof maybe, or whatever you think is cheaper.

Low budget "Builder grade" everything. All electric.

What size hitch do you want?

You want to do this for a camp? Slab on grade or pier and beam? I'm assuming window units.

what are you going to stick-build it on? Cant stick build a trailer

By the way if you do need the trailer chassis there’s a pile of stripped 8x20 FEMA trailers at a yard between Hammond and BR off 12

250-300/sf probably will get you close. Depends a great deal on your foundation and utilities

if it were me I’d just buy a park model and have it delivered and anchored. Instant house, hook it up and move in

I’ve almost bought one twice in the past few years. One came with a lot on the Arkansas River in Colorado and the other was to be a MIL suite if we had to move her here. I still might do the latter…I have a spot where I can easily run power, propane and water and set it where it looks like it belongs there. There’s factories that make them across the south.

Bonus is that since it’s on a trailer, it’s an RV. No building permit needed. Plus the trailer frame gives you the foundation, no additional expense. No brainer

i could run a line to my tank but that would make a mess, it would mean digging up a long way. i think i would start with a composting toilet and a grey water treatment system, could use the water for irrigation.

No way

For that basic arse 830 square feet you think it'd take $250 grand
