Builder Recs and Cost for Bedroom Addition - Northshore

We’re thinking about adding on to our house. Covington area. Nothing fancy. Just a simple bedroom extension (700-900 sqft). New concrete pad needed. Vaulted ceiling with new electrical and plumbing line for a gas fireplace. Know there are a lot of factors, but anyone know what my general price/sqft is? And any good builders recs?

I too am looking for a construction company to do a similar project in the area.
