Sherman, was that price with the land? And was it turnkey or custom with a builder?

unless you just have to build now, I'd stand pat for about the next three years. Maybe buy an existing house to be an interim.

It was not including the land. The lot was pretty expensive. We bought the lot and hired a custom builder. I had builder quotes of 195, 201 and 231 a sft.
