What the hell are these. Just showed up out of nowhere. Termites?

I've read that some people use some algaecide in their pool to break the surface tension of the water so the bugs drown.

Kinda looks like cattle bugs/tree lice. If you have trees nearby, may have been blown towards the pool in a heavy wind.
