Could someone help me ID these tiny bugs on my kitchen window? Outside they are all over the wall and some are getting inside. Sorry for the poor picture quality. It was impossible to get my phone to focus on them. I think I saw a couple of them jump but I'm not 100%.
I've been hitting the outside wall with bifenthrin but it doesn't seem to be helping.

Edit: I'm having issues with Imgur. LINK

Cant see but I bet they are what I found in 1 kitchen drawer at my grandparents
They are tiny, jump & hard to kill

I just emptied the drawer they were in & sprayed Suspend

I put Sevin dust outside perimeter of house in flower beds that are along kitchen wall, I honestly think that’s what stopped them

You have the perfect phone to take a picture of bigfoot or a UFO......blurry. Based on your description of them being in the kitchen and jumping they are springtails. They are attracted to moisture. Could be a leaky faucet.
