Bottom seal replacement on pull-down garage door?

The bottom seal on a 1-car garage door needs replacement. It looks like an easy diy job, but I need advice on picking a style and brand. The old seal never did a good job of blocking the blast from lawn blowers letting clippings and dirt build up for a foot or more into the garage. I hope a replacement may work better.

You may need to adjust the door closing point. As in the door may need to be let down further at final close.
If it’s electric there is usually a sequence to advance it down slowly to final closing position..may not be all related to a bad seal.

I had to do a double door last year. my daughter managed to rip the seal and the retainer off the door. the original seal retainer was proprietary design so I had to use an aftermarket type that had a bolt on track (in 4 pcs) and you slid the new seal onto. It worked ok., I suppose. Cheaper than hiring it out. just use lots of soapy water as lube

Easy replacement. Make sure to buy the correct fit as they have different shapes that fit into the seal groove. Silicon lubricants make pulling the new seal much easier.

This is a little bit of a pricier option, but I recently installed one on my garage door. Closed all gaps, now no water or bugs get under my door.
Snirtstopper
They also have different sizes if you have larger gaps that you want to close up.
My garage is condition though, so I’m trying to seal it up as much as possible.

Just last week, I had my garage door repair man replace my bottom seal (among other work).
Instead of a slide in new rubber seal, he measured the width as 18 foot. Said he would be back in two days with parts.
He installed a brand new aluminum bottom seal with the rubber part built in.
Garage door now seals tight- well worth the $134 cost.
